Using Tartarus Chroma for years, like it very much. Just got a Tartarus V2 Pro a few days ago because a button on the Chroma is goin out. So I installed Synapse 3 because the V2 Pro only works with Synapse 3, as soon as I install it suddenly Synapse 2.0 won't launch and my Chroma isn't recognized anymore. I launch Synapse 3 and Legacy (which I assume is Synapse 2.0) is shown in the window but when I try to click on it it just gives me a message that I need to have Tartarus Chroma connected which the Chroma IS connected, it just won't recognize it anymore.

I've uninstalled EVERYTHING Razer (Cortex, Synapse 2.0, Synapse 3) and even deleted keys in regedit, then restart, and done a clean install using links on the Razer website. Nothing works. Only now when I install Synapse 2.0 it doesn't even give me a shortcut so I have to go look for it. Nothing happens no matter how many times I launch. I've done a clean install 5 times already with fresh link downloads just in case the downloads were corrupted in some way.

Also, I DO STILL WANT Synapse 2.0 as I still like to use my Chroma and also plan on getting an Orbweaver in the future.



Need help.
