Synapse 2.0 won't recognize my Razer products.

As I have desperately trying to fix my Synapse 2.0 for my headset after the files got curropted I have been stuck on the same result for 3 days now. I've been scrolling through the forums and contacted the support (still not answered), I cannot get my Razer Synapse 2.0 to recognize my Kraken headset 7.1 Pro v2. I am in desperate need of help as it is slowly draining my sanity because how frustrated I am... Plus I have registered the product on their website and it's still not showing up. Help me please...
