Synapse 2.0 won't recognize my Razer products.

As I have desperately trying to fix my Synapse 2.0 for my headset after the files got curropted I have been stuck on the same result for 3 days now. I've been scrolling through the forums and contacted the support (still not answered), I cannot get my Razer Synapse 2.0 to recognize my Kraken headset 7.1 Pro v2.

I am in desperate need of help as it is slowly draining my sanity because how frustrated I am...

Plus I have registered the product on their website and it's still not showing up.

Help me please...

you have a kraken pro v2, which is not compatible with synapse. only the kraken 7.1 v2 is. also, there's no such thing as "kraken pro 7.1 v2"

It is as @nogutsnoglory_ said, the Kraken variant that you have is not supported on any version of Synapse because it is analog. Feel free to shoot me a PM should you have questions about the Kraken Pro V2. Locking this thread as resolved.
