First things first, hi everyone. I using my headsets (Razer Kraken USB) about 4-5 years and there is no problem with between synapse and Kraken, but recently I bought a new mouse (Razer Naga Epic Chroma) and I try every possible way to use synapse with my mice.

Until a few weeks ago, there was no problem. I have solved the Synapse's detect problem by changing my region setting and operation system (windows) language. But since a few days, I have trouble with this problem again. And I really don't know what to do with that.

How can I solve this Synapse's mouse detect problem ?

Hi there! Is the Naga Epic Chroma recognized properly by your PC? Also, have you tried to reinstall Synapse to see if it helps? Let me know.

Thanks for the reply. Please PM me the serial number of your Naga Epic Chroma as well as the version number of Synapse. Let's continue there.
I try something new today, a few minutes ago. I enter the Device Manager and uninstall all razer naga epic chroma drivers & devices on mouses and keyboards parts, then I took my mouse out and put it again. Windows reinstall all drivers about my mouse, thus the problem has gone.

Thanks for all your patience and support.
