Synapse 2 can't detect my mouse and keyboard

Warning : I can't speak English :frown_: Since the last windows update I did recently, Razer Synapse 2.0 can't detect my stuff. I tried to uninstall and reinstall synapse, deleted all the files, tried another USB port and reset my pc.. I don't what to do anymore, I need your help ! This is a screenshot of what I've got (It's french)

Done all the same and still doesn't work... Waiting for a fix, there are a lot of people with the same damn problem

It cannot detect my Razer Naga Chroma and my Razer Orbweaver. This synapse sucks!

Synapse 2.0 can detect my old ass abyssus 2014 but it cant detect my freshly new blackwidow lite. I did follow the steps that to unintall synapse2.0 and reintall it again which support told me to do so, it did not work for me.

Hello! I'd just like to clarify that the Blackwidow Lite is not supported by Synapse 2 but is supported by Synapse 3. You can download it here.

I just got the problem... Was working fine last night. Went to bed and when I woke up, my mouse was not working. Tried everything in the troubleshooting handbook. Nothing works. EDIT: I tried reinstalling Synapse 2 and 3 separately. It worked momentarily. As soon as I rebooted my PC, it failed to detect again. However on reinstallation of 2, my Naga Chroma lights came on, just no mouse control or detection in synapse. EDIT2: I tried plugging im my old Naga Molten. Installed fine, was detected. Just couldnt use it due to a faulty clicker

I'm experiencing the same issue with my BlackWidow Ultimate keyboard. I've gone through the resolutions available through google to no avail.

I'm having the same issue with my deathadder chroma, when plugged in it automatically changes colours, but it wont show up on synapse 2 or 3. Any help? (:
