I formatted the computer. I've installed Synapse 2 right down in the corner, open but can't enter when I click.

Please make sure you have these installed for it to properly work:

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) - 11.0.61030
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.61030

I'm afraid not, but you can easily get them on the interwebs. I highly recommend that you download them from Microsoft's website to avoid bloatware.

Do you have a Firewall/AntiMalware running in the background? You can try repairing the app via Control Panel>Programs and Features but if that doesn't help, you should send over your Synapse 2 logs via PM. You can find them in C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\Synapse\\Logs.

Windows 10 is nothing but its own virus program. I wouldn't format the computer if I knew.

If I had to choose, I would go back to Windows 7 in a heartbeat. Too bad Microsoft is no longer updating it as often these days. I'll be locking the thread to prevent hijacking, but I'll look forward to your PM.
