Synapse 2 Not detecting Deathadder Elite


Hello everyone, i've head this Deathadder Elite for 1 year and today i wanted to try some other colors and effects for fun, so i opened Razer Synapse (2 because i dont like the new one) and the only thing that was showing was 3 buttons to: register my product, visit a store and view compatible devices. When i first installed synapse everything worked fine, i've already tried to uninstall and reinstall the version 2, unplugged and plugged back the mouse and changed usb port but nothing changes, on synapse 3 the mouse gets recognised but as i already said i dont like that version. Any solutions?

if you are in the us you can request support directly trought razer, if you are in eu razer wont give a s*** about you and the only thing you can do is to download synapse 3.

razer synapse 3 doesn't work with kraken, just synapse 2.0, and i'm from brazil, but nobody from support answers my emails, that's very frustrating
