Synapse 2 not detecting Naga Epic Chroma

Hi everyone. I'va had a Naga Epic Chroma for a few years now, and it used to work perfectly well. But, since a couple of months, it's not being detected by Synapse 2 anymore.
  • It's detected on other computers than my gaming one
  • My Kraken 7.1 V2 is still detected
So far, i've tried

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Naga Epic Chroma's concern here. Have you compared the updated history of your gaming computer to the other computers you've tested? If your gaming PC has an update that the other PC doesn't have, please uninstall it and see if the issue persists. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
