Synapse 2 on Windows 10 not working.

So I am on a Windows 10 Lenovo laptop. I downloaded Razer Synapse, but whenever I click the icon to open the app, nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 5 times now. i can only adjust it from this panel that comes up only right after I install it. It is called "Razer Configurator" and it is not an app (there is no icon for it in the taskbar when it is open) I have no idea what to do. Please help! I downloaded Synapse 2
