Synapse 2 will detect my mouse 3 will detect my keyboard Not both

Hi, Synapse 2.1 will only detect my mouse. Synapse 3 will only detect my black widow croma keyboard. IV tried uninstalling synapse, reinstalling. Tried making a new profile. Tried deleting the devices and reinstalling. Tried every different port plugging the mouse and keyboard in and out. Tried updating windows and every last driver on my pc. The keyboard and the mouse are both showing up under my device manager under mouse and keyboard. I can't imagine I need to them both? Until the last few weeks, I had no issues with 2.1 picking them both up and syncing with my in the could profiles. Any suggestions? The web suggest buying ezdriver to fix it ? Another 50 bucks ehh.

    Hi Hope we can get it working! Razer death adder croma mouse and a razer black widow croma v2 keyboard. I like the 2.1 version better because it has profiles stored in the cloud for years and years of gaming. it's weird because it worked fine on the same pc for years. I even tried the EZ driver program and the iobit driver programmes to get it working then uninstalled everything in device and synapse and reinstalled them deleting even the hidden razer files etc. Thanks in advance for any help !

    Thanks for the reply. The Deathadder Chroma is not supported by Synapse 3 that's why it is not recognized by the program. Since the Blackwidow Chroma V2 is supported by both programs, it will be shown in Synapse 3. If you want both devices to show in Synapse, you will have to use Synapse 2 and completely uninstall Synapse 3. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi yep, 2.1 won't detect my keyboard the black widow chroma v2. Iv tried all the ports and reinstalling drivers for it using the auto-update in device manager. Is there a driver for the keyboard I could download that may help? It does show up under the device manager and works. its just synapse is not seeing it to run my cloud saved macros.
