I was given a death adder elite by a friend. When I try to login it says System error 3803. From my searching years ago it was related to the servers being down. I have reinstalled and re-downloaded it multiple times. They solutions to the issue of the servers being down was to change the config file to "offline" mode. This does nothing for it. When I try to contact customer support it loads a page that's blank with the typical "due to covid19 it make take longer to blah blah blah"



Does anyone have ideas for either one of the issues?
