can't install synapse 3 , when i try install open a prompt and close right away , and create err file with this message,"Failed to write installer file (No such file or directory)" what i do ?

The error message suggests either a corrupted installer or user does not have permissions to install. I'd try a fresh download from here. Do send me a PM should the problem persist so I can help you further isolate the issue.
