Synapse 3.0 does not recognize blackshark V2 usb model for THX Spacial | Razer Insider

I have the blackshark V2 (2020 version) usb model and it was working pretty well with my thx(bought 20$ version software) and synapses 3.0. Suddenly last week synapse didn’t recognize my headset as a sound device anymore, but THX does! My sound quality playing Apex legend was drastically compromised since then.

I would like a feedback of your support team

Thanks for alerting us about the problem you’ve been experiencing with the Synapse 3 app unable to detect your headset. For further isolation, follow the steps here. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other workarounds to address your concern. 

My Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed says it comes with THX Spatial Audio but when i downloaded the THX spatial audio app it makes me put a license code
