Synapse 3.0 Installer Stuck On Loading

I'm trying to install Razer Synapse on my laptop since I want to customize the lights on my mouse, but every time I start up the installer it gets stuck on this loading screen. This has been happening for at least 2 months, and last time I tried to install it, I waited for at least an hour or two, and it did not open. I also tried uninstalling it, since it registered as an app on my device, but that opened the installer, which does not load. I really want Razer Synapse on my machine, please help!
