I have reinstalled and completely wiped all files related to razer multiple times to get the program to run. The one time it came up, it only showed my account details and then closed when I clicked on it to open synapse. I just got my naga pro today and never for a Razer product have I had to do much more than download and go. Help me figure this out so it doesn't go back to the store tomorrow.
