Synapse 3 causes my PC to freeze/crash

I have a wired Viper and a Blackwidow Elite and had Synapse 3 running for some time now. I got myself a Kraken x63 and so i installed the NZXT CAM software...thats where things started going sideways for me. Once the OS boots up and it starts to boot up the startup softwares that i have....i hear the USB disconnect noise and then my whole PC freezes. Once i go in safe mode and uninstall Synapse...everything goes back to normal again. My startup softwares are: Corsair iCUE NZXT CAM Steam Origin Bitdefender Now i have Synapse uninstalled which left me with my mouse and keyboard completely useless beside being "mouse and keyboard" Can someone help me please ?

      Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse concern on our Support board. Please reinstall Razer Synapse and log in as a guest or test Razer Synapse account and see if the issue persists.

      Hi! Tried with a guest account and the issue still exists. The PC gets laggy/unresponsive once Synapse boots up.

      I think something doesnt go well between NZXT CAM and Razer Synapse. Once i uninstall one of them, the issue disappears. How do we solve this ?

      Thanks for the update. Have you checked whether the computer is running out of resources such as hard drive space and memory capacity? If it's not the case, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
