Synapse 3 do not reconize mouse and keyboard.


I have bought the Ornata V2 keyboard and Mamba Elite mouse. Windows installed the mouse and keyboard. In Eurotruck Simulator 2 the chroma function is perfectly working. But Synapse 3 refuses to reconize the mouse and keyboard. What I did to solve the problem: - reinstall Synapse 3 several times. - reinstall mouse and keyboard several times. - Temporarily disable antivirus program When I open Synapse 3 it says: "Please Connect a device". And that is strange. Whatever I do, Synapse refuse to connect to the devices. I need the solution to solve the problem, so that Synapse 3 reconize my Ornata V2 keyboard and Mamba Elite mouse.

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you replicated the issue by logging in as a guest user? Please perform the steps here and see if it helps.

I did indeed as a guest user. The other steps I did several times. After 10 hours of installing, deinstalling and reinstalling my options and with my knowledge of computers, my options are very limited.

The problem is solved. I reinstalled Windows 10 and Synapse 3 reconized the mouse and keyboard. :smile_:
