Synapse 3 doesn't recognize devices

The Synapse 3 somehow doesn't recognize my keyboard anymore. I have tried the followings, but it still doesn't work.
  • Uninstall and reinstall Synapse 3;
  • Remove Blackwidow Chroma from the Device Manager;
  • Plug it into a different USB port. The keyboard will show up in Razer Central, but it won't show up in Synapse.
I also tried it on a different PC, and it worked. So I'm not sure what the issue is.
