I hadn't tried to deal with my Razer software for a while - been busy and played w/ the RBG enough months ago.



Recently - like this Sunday evening I realized that Synapse3 is all screwy. I just added two monitors to my PC this Sunday and while setting them up I realized the toolbar was 100% transparent which turns out was an addon I had on Rainmeter that just started working I think with a Win10 update or installing the monitors and new drivers enabled it, but it took me hours to figure it out and in the process I closed my Razer suite of software and after realizing it wasn't it, I went to open Synapse and the loading screen kept cycling and never loaded properly.



I couldn't uninstall it at all. Through Win10's Apps & Features area or through add/remove programs. It would just kind of flash and go away. I used Revo after finding nothing online on how to uninstall it and after doing that along w/ deleting all of the folders recommended on some razer.com synapse clean install guide I finally got it uninstalled.



However, it still wasn't totally gone! Of course! After installing just Synapse per Razer's suggestion, I could finally get the uninstall app to run. Repeat delete of all files left over, unplugging everything, reinstalling fresh... it worked, but didn't see my mouse - it worked, but Synapse didn't see it. Restarted, nope, I tried to repair Synapse as Razer suggested then Synapse wouldn't open.



All of this turned out to be my account! When I finally tried to log out of Razer Central, Synapse loads fine and everything is seen, log in, everything is gone and it tells me to plug things in, log out access as guest everything is there!



I'm sooo tired of searching for things -anybody been through this? I couldn't find it online, but maybe I'm google'd out?:mad_:

There are hours of troubleshooting I left out, but I followed everything and I'm 99% sure I didn't cause it as all I did was close it then the toolbar was still clear so I disabled Synapse from starting through Task Manager and restarted obviously still had clear toolbars, reenabled it to start up in task manager then restarted my PC.



This is when it started the loading loop and drove me nuts - Sunday.



After I finally got a clean uninstall and reinstall today I got the loading loops again after the mouse wasn't showing up in Synapse.



I work IT support and work from home w/ the COVID stuff so all the basic troubleshooting I've gone through. After 10 hours day today and many hours on this I'm burnt out I'm staying "logged" in as guest for now LOL.
I'm sorry that you had to go through all of that. It is possible that your account's cloud save is corrupted. I can try to reset it, but you will lose all saved configuration. In any case, please send me a PM so I can help you out.
