At first I was pleased with the headphones, there were no problems, but this problem arose quite suddenly.
Synapse does not detect, even after reinstalling (Reinstalled removing Synapse in Program Files and ProgramData). THX does not work either (the green light is off, although you can turn off the microphone, you can still change the volume). Drivers THX Spatial - Synapse and Razer Audio Controller are malfunctioning.
Sorry, my english is bad. (I'm from Russia)

The driver error was due to the lack of a digital signature.
Hi @dailyRoseDustconnect795! Thanks for bringing this up to the right board. Just to confirm, after the clean reinstall, what Razer Synapse 3.0 version do you have? Do you have other Razer 3.0 compatible device that is affected? Did you manage to make the headset working again?

Hi @Razer.Speedcr0ss!
Razer Synapse 3.0 version 3.4.630.62510
No, besides headphones, there are no other devices compatible with the Razer Synapse.
The problem is fixed after reinstalling Windows, now everything works nice.
