Synapse 3 doesn't work after a while

HI all, I have a problem with Synapse 3, I recently set up my profiles and chromas and for some hours they work fine, but after a while the custom key assignments on my naga don't work anymore, if I open synapse they are all there but if I press I get the default numbers.

Now, if I try to restart synapse the Naga and the Blackwidow disappear from the tabs aswell as the studio module.

Hope you can help me, thanks in advance.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 3.0's concern here. Were there any changes done on your computer before the issue happen? Please replicate the issue by logging as a guest user account in Razer Synapse 3.0. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
I am having a similar problem as well. I'll be playing a game, and the lighting just shuts off. When I go to Synapse, it says it has encountered a problem and that I should exit the app and restart it. I do this, but it just keeps happening. So, I just tried disabling the Razer Chroma SDK services to see it that fixes the problem. I read on another site that it's the services causing the troubles. I don't know what else to try. I've searched the internet far and wide. No luck. If disabling the services works, I'll post it here. If anyone can think of anything else, it'd be very much appreciated. BTW, I'm using Razer Synapse 3 - the latest as of today - and a legal version of Windows 10 Pro. I mention that because some have said that using an illegal copy of Windows 10 will introduce this problem, though I have no way to verify that. There's nothing I can screenshot and show you. The lights just go off on the mouse and they stay off until I exit Synapse and reload it. That usually lasts about 15 minutes, max.

BTW, when I open Synapse while the lighting is off, before I restart the software, the Lancehead mouse that I have (wireless) is not shown as a device. It's like Synapse just loses track of the mouse altogether. It's not detected by Synapse at all.
