Synapse 3 doesn't works.

Hello everyone, after the Synapse's update it is all broken. I can't hear through the device: "Razer TE (THX Spatial - Synapse)" after the update. I set it as default playback device but i am still hearing the audio from the device "Razer Kraken TE - Chat" (devices screenshot). Because of that I can't use razer synapse's feature: I can't use the equalizer, sound profile, thx spatial audio. I try to unistall and repair the software but it doesn't help me. When I move equalizer's settings nothing change. I am using Razer Kraken TE. Can someone help me? Sorry for my english

    We can try to update the firmware, but before that, I highly recommend that you try to perform a clean installation of the app. You can find a guide on how to do just that on this page. PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate the model and give you the download link to the updater.
