Synapse 3 doesnt work | Razer Insider
I bought Razer Basilisk v2.The application was downloaded and installed. No matter how hard I try, the app won't open. I deleted and reinstalled. I removed all files and reinstalled. It still didn't. Everything I wrote is valid in synapse 2. I have not encountered such a ridiculous event so far and I have been dealing with it for almost 2 hours. I'm bad enough to watch solution videos on youtube. I expected better software from the big razer company.
Someone help me I'm about to go crazy.

Hey Zyvua! Please check if your anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related file. Also, try updating your computer through Windows and Synapse app itself. Please check if your Intel drivers are up to date too. By the way, I replied to your PM. I'll wait for your follow-up.
Uninstall Synapse, then use this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj, restart your PC.

Be sure, that you have .net 4.8 installed and uninstalled MS Visual C++ - then install Synapse again (as administrator).
.net 4.8 framework is installed in Turkish. I tried to install English, it gave an error. Even though I did what you said, it still didn't work.

My OS is w8.1 I think Synapse 3 works on w10 and higher operating systems. Synapse 2 is not compatible with basilisk v2. Tell me how do I use this program now?

My OS is w8.1

Oh, so that might be the problem.

You can also check if all Razer Services are running - go to start -> run (or just click WIN + R combination), then type services.msc, go to Razer * services, then check if all are running. If not, try to manually run it.
