Synapse 3 freezing after a period of time.

After a few minutes, sometimes hours, the lighting on any of the products (keyboard, mouse etc) freezes and any settings are restored to default temporarily. When I open Synapse back up, only some of the time it goes back to how it should be with selected profiles but sometimes it does not do that and it simply does not allow me to edit any macros, lighting, settings etc. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?
