Synapse 3 Freezing Keyboard and Mouse

I am having issues with my keyboard and mouse resetting in the middle of gaming / typing. this is happening at least twice or more in a day. I thought that the recent update has fixed the issue but it seems that it has not. I have also logged out of my razer account and left it on guest and it still continues. I have uninstalled and re installed the software and I am still having this issue. When the issue occurs I notice the software resets because my color profile starts over. Any help would be appreciated.

    Please send your System and Application logs from Windows Event Viewer. I can use those to get a better understanding of what's going on in the background. I'd appreciate it if you can share the serial number of the affected products as well as a screenshot of the MSINFO32. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
