Synapse 3 Global Hotkeys Not Working

As above, I have the following global hotkeys set up on my RB15 Advanced mid 2019; Fn+1 = Profile 1 Fn+2 = profile 2 etc.... The hotkeys work straight after start-up however after opening other programmes / games / general use of the laptop they fail to work. Fn still works as a key for F1 F2 functions but the hotkeys maps seem to be lost? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse 3, no luck (although I didn’t check to delete all files). Anyone got any advice? Many thanks, Scott

Hi Scott! It could just be a corrupted config file. Please perform a clean installation of the app following our guide from here. PM me if the problem persists.
