Synapse 3 Installation failed with error code: 528372

Hello. I did a reinstall of Synapse 3, or rather I uninstalled Synapse 3 then when I tried to reinstall it, the program won't let me. Everytime I try to install Synapse 3, It will install for about 1% then I get this error saying: Error 1532494580S1|VvCUwRazerSynapseDependenciesSetup_v3.3.0725.072507.exe Installation failed with error code: 528372 I did just about EVERYTHING I can see in my search results. Followed every basic troubleshooting protocols I've looked up. I also can't seem to find anyone else with the same error code, aside from 1 person on reddit whose thread is empty and so no one gave a fix. It's been around 6 hours and I still can't find how to reinstall synapse 3. I also can't seem to find a way to get in touch with Razer's contact support system. Does anyone know how to fix this error? Thanks in advanced.

UPDATE: So after a few more hours of trying to fix it, I ended up fixing it by doing the last resort: Resetting the PC in windows' settings. Had to redownload most of my programs and games but at least Synapse 3 is now installed.
