It’s not detecting the headset at all. I tried repairing, uninstalling, and installing again a few times but all to no avail. This is my first time connecting the headset again after getting a new PC. Please help!!

This is mini-jack 3.5mm headset? If yes, then it won’t be detected in Synapse, because it’s analog headset. Only USB headsets are supported by Synapse.

Yep! I see...that’s unfortunate. Is there an official Kraken USB adapter I can use? I’ve been having microphone problems as the mic audio is too soft or quiet. I was wondering how I could amplify it without ruining the quality.
+1Oficially? No. These are bundled with some headset models.
