Synapse 3 + Lian-Li Dynamic O11 Issues

I have had the Lian-Li Dynamic O11 case since 2020/2021.  One version of Synapse (can't remember which version) worked for me a while back, so i configured the LED lights and left it alone.  Now it won't start up, and I can't uninstall it.  I searched all over the web and have tried everything from, %localappdata% Razer folder deletion, to Windows Updates,  to CCleaner to remove the program and nothing worked effectively.  After piece-mealing the various tricks and techniques from the web, I managed to remove it entirely, but I won't install now from the official razer site.  Synapse 2 installed perfectly fine, but nothing popped up saying i had any razer stuffs.  I contacted Razer tech support via phone and they said it was a partnership with Lian-li and i should contact them.  Well I can't even find the serial number of the case to submit help over their site, and they ahve no phone support.  I just want to rework the lights, lol, and now am at my wits end with the rabbit-hole of a conundrum.  Any help would be appreciated, I've maxed out my knowhow.
