Hi, Does anyone have any idea why on Synapse 3 I can't click on lighting or performance on my Razer Blade Stealth 13 2020? I click on them and nothing at all happens?

    Hi there! Does the issue persist even after restarting the computer or signing as a guest user?

    Hi, I have restarted it various number of times but when i'm clicking on them both nothing is happening at all?

    Thanks for the update. Please send me the following: a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.) b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”). d. BIOS main tab. e. Synapse 3.0 logs. g. A short clip showing the behavior. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
