Synapse 3 locks up while starting

I've been having this problem for ~1 month now which is that my Synapse 3 keeps locking up while starting, it always locks up with 23 - 25 MB of RAM usage and if I start it another time after the first lock up I get to 40MB but not more. This problem has been ever since a update that didn't finish cause it was so slow that it took 6 hours+ so I had to stop it and after that my razer synapse was borken and I haven't been able to recover it. I so far tried Reinsstalling, running it as admin and copying the files from a working install on my Laptop but none wortked and I'm kind of depending on it due to my Blacxkwiddow Elite Keyboard Here's a picture of the locked up Razer Synapse in my traskmanager as It doesn't get to the UI: https://imgur.com/a/CF6CcAI
