macro list wont show after clicking macro tab on synapse 3. it wont even change tab.

want to try the razer beta and installed it, tho it prompt me that it will uninstall synapse3 then accept it. then realize that my profiles and macros wont carry over to beta then reinstall s3 to export profiles but this time macro list wont show. 

have tons of macros saved on s3. really want to get it back, can someone help?
