Synapse 3 not connecting my Ornata 2

Hello, so i just recently bought the Razer Ornata V2 and i love it so far, issue is though, it isnt connecting to Razer's Synapse 3 app, ive watched about 10 videos on Razer's official channel to see if it would fix the issue and it didnt. Please help, otherwise i might just possibly have to consider returning the product. Thanks

Did you try repairing the Razer Synapse 3? Try uninstalling all the Razer Synapse files by using the Razer Driver Clean-up Tool. Once done, restart your computer and reinstall the application. Let me know how it went.
