Synapse 3 not detecting Nari Ultimate

My Nari Ultimate stopped appearing in Razer Synapse 3. I have windows 10 version 21h1. The headset seems to be ok, the dongle is recognized in windows, delivers sound and the mic works. But i cannot access it in synapse 3, it's not listed. I tried everything, uninstalling, installing, followed your guides, removed every single driver from device manager with the word razer in it (even the hidden ones). But unfortunately, Synapse 3 still does not list my device. Please help me solve this frustating issue. I feel like i have 1/2 razer ultimate. Thank you.
