I don't know if its the app or the website but i uninstalled and reinstalled all my software for it but it wont log me in.

Have the exact same issue. Login information is correct, just will not let me actually log in.
Can you post a screenshot of the exact error you got on your screen? Also, can you try to log in to https://razerid.razer.com to check if you are able to log in successfully?
