Synapse 3 not opening

This seems to be a common problem but I seem to have it as well. I cannot get Synapse to open. I have tried all the the recommended things in the support article, no result. All the services are running in task manager. I have the Ornata Chroma keyboard and the Naga Trinity mouse. Both work fine but I cannot access any of the synapse features. Is there actually a fix for this?

What other workarounds have you done so far in an attempt to fix the issue? When did the issue start? Please isolate the problem by following the steps from this link.
