Synapse 3 not working...confusing.

Well, i've been trying to fix this error. Can't access Synapse 3, i tried everything, admin rights, uninstalling, fresh install, different accounts, EVERYTHING. I'm on Win 10 1803. Any help? The products are great, but this is ridicolous. I'm just selling this if i can't fix it. Thanks!

The confusing thing, the Chroma on the keyboard and mouse are working with my last configuration, but can't edit it.

Do a Check for Updates in Windows Update and make sure you're at the very latest, I think you should be on 1903. That will probably fix it, if not then I'm not sure.

My Synapse 3.0 dosent work still after update, i belive update was 29 september. Reinstall, plugin unplugin, using new usb port dosent help, help me!
