I always get the followed message with my Razer Chroma. I've "just" 4 RGB's connected and no splitter or anything.
The listed steps, disconnect and reconnect & try other ports doesn't work either.

Did you already try to repair the Synapse 3 app? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. Should the issue persists, let me know through PM so I can start a case and raise your concern to the relevant team for further diagnosis. Thanks!
