Synapse 3 profile bug
Very often a profile on Synapse 3 goes blank. The slot that shows the current keymap goes blank and the profile becomes temporarily unusable. Other profiles seem to work. One short but inconsistent workaround to this is to temporarilycreate and delete a keymap, that kind of sets it right for a bit. But the issue itself happens way too often.
I picked up the tartarus to help with my productivity. What's the point if I have to keep troubleshooting the damn software all the time?!

I understand that this is a tough ask, but do you mind using another Razer ID and the guest login to test? If you've done that already and the problem persists, please use this to collect the logs and upload them on GDrive, then send me a shareable link. Let's go from there.
