I upgraded my SSD so I installed windows a fresh, the synapse 3 was working well before on the previous SSD. Now it won't install, saying that "server access unavailable". I have tried turning off the firewalls and antivirus, I even tried making new inbound rules for the firewall to allow the installer but nothing worked.





Is this still the case? If so, is it possible for you to test using another network? There have been many cases that ISPs block Synapse from their end. I understand that this is weird, but it has happened before.

I tried using another network and it worked but now it won't launch. I tried using the repair option, deleted every razer synapse file, and re-installed synapse but still no success



The 3 main services are also running; Razer Game Manager Service, and RzActionSvc, Razer Synapse service




Reinstalling then updating these usually does the trick:

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x86) - 14.13.26020
