I've updated the other thread Razer. Making a REST POST request to this endpoint https://manifest.razerapi.com/api/legacy/mWImrFcD/prod/lwiproductlist/get I get the following response HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden <result xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"> <code>403</code> <message><![CDATA[Not authorized for environment 'prod']]></message> <errors xsi:nil="true"/> </result> This needs escalating to the department that runs that API Endpoint as, at present, the Razer Synapse installer is less than useless.

I replied to your initial thread. Please refrain from posting a thread with similar concern, since it's against our house rules. Nonetheless, help me initiate an investigation by sending me the following: a. MSinfo logs b. Synapse 3.0 logs. c. Windows event logs d. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
