Synapse 3 SERVER ACCESS UNAVAILABLE, please help!!

So i got the ornata v2 keyboard for christmas but it wont work, i get server access unavailable pop up when i try to install it, also as a side note, cortex has the same issue and in razer central i get no network connectivity detected when i try to update. ive tried stopping my antivirus, disabling the firewall, uninstalling all of the drivers, tried using a different network connection, tried rebooting, literally nothing works, please help! thankyou!

    To verify, is the keyboard working properly, or are you having issues with both the device and the app? In any case, please send me the serial number so I can look into model-specific solutions. I'd appreciate it if you can include a short clip detailing the issue. That way, I can see what's going on from your POV. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
