Synapse 3 sound settings seems to fail on Razer Kraken Tournament edition very often

I
whenever i open my computer either the eq doesn't work or the thx spatial audio doesn't detect anything. Please help is this a problem with the software or the headset?

    I'm having the same issue with my Nari Ultimate. Synapse 3 audio detected 4 programs at first but now its not detecting any new games i open.
