Synapse 3 studio doesn't recognize my Blackwidow V3 and my Viper Mini

I tried to change to one chroma profile and that appeared from nowhere. I have been using the app and the kb/mouse for almost 2 years now without any problems. Game/app chromas works perfectly fine, like operagx, dead cells, terraria, etc... I did pretty much everything I know (uninstalling from the windows device manager, repairing and reinstalling synapse, I even changed the usb ports where I connect them every time and no luck. What can I do?
