Synapse 3 vs Synapse 2, more delays, ft. Razer Viper Ultimate, Razer Viper & Razer DeathAdder Elite

So my previous support thread has been ignored without a single reply since 16 September 2019 is ridiculous.

After the release of Razer Viper Ultimate, i was really fascinated on it, which then i went to buy it a few weeks afterwards. To find out, the same delays mentioned in the thread above about Synapse 3 is occurring as well. The delays made me so frustrated in the game i play which is Warframe. I even had my computer run a clean install of Windows 10. Clearly, its Synapse 3's fault.

To be fair, i was quite busy for the past months due to some projects and thus aren't able to follow up the previous thread. But not getting a single reply from the Support team for such a long time is really absurd.

By the way, have you updated your Razer Synapse 3.0 and mouse recently? Please send me a PM together with your mouse serial number so I can check its latest update. I'll pick it up from there.

Yes, Razer Synapse 3.0 and the mouse firmware was updated to the latest version available. The results is the same as in the previous thread about the Razer DeathAdder Elite and Razer Viper (wired) using Razer Synapse 3.0. According to the tests, its 10x times slower compared to using Synapse 2.0 which is absurd.

Razer Viper Ultimate firmware version 1.02.00

I have already sent you a PM regarding my mouse serial number. Also, just wanted to know, is there another Razer Viper Ultimate firmware update previously prior to version 1.02.00? So version 1.02.00 is the second firmware update? I remember updating the firmware previously which i have forgotten the version number. So when i checked again, it prompts me to update which i did. Once completed, i went to test the delays again and the results is still the same.

well maybe some user of viper ultimate have same problem but they dont relize it and you take converstation into private so no way to know what would fix it if its really a problem

ps: is there any firmware update upcomming for viper ultimate?

True.

The issue actually lies within Razer Synapse 3.0 itself. Closing it only fixes it temporarily. But that would mean features like customization or auto switch profiles to linked games and etc. will no longer works which i am not a fan of so i kept it open.

Not sure about the upcoming firmware update, but the latest firmware would be version 1.02 for Razer Viper Ultimate.
