Synapse 3 will NOT open

I have been have a problem with synapse 3 not opening. I have gone through the steps to uninstall and reinstall, deleted everything for a fresh install. The odd thing is that Razer 2 launches fine, just to check I uninstalled it an re-installed. Everything works. Also, Razer central opens and Cortex opens. I tried opening synapse from Central, won't open. Everything worked fine before. I use both orbweaver with synapse 2 and black widow and naga mouse with syn 3. I don't know when this happened exactly or why. But, it is indeed frustrating. I tried to get a hold of phone support but know luck. At this point, if I can't get this to work again, I think I will have to find a new gaming peripheral company to support. It's unfortunate because I really do like Razer products. Hopefully I can get things up an running again. I spent a lot of time creating keybindings and macros for many different games. I suppose I could try hot keys, that may work. Couldn't upload DxDiag. Let me know what system info is need if needed.

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 3.0's concern here. Have you checked whether your computer's anti-virus or firewall is blocking a Razer-related file? Please follow the steps here and see if it helps.

    My firewall is not blocking it. It is Norton. Like I said in my post. Razer Cortex works fine, synapse does not work. I tried to get through to phone support, no luck. I am on the verge of counting my loses and moving to logitech if I do not get synapse to work soon.

    im having this issue no matter what i do it will not open and it used to work just fine

    same here, razer synapse is not opening. they need to fix this if i bought their $200 mouse.
