Synapse 3 won't install

Hello, Ive had the Death Adder Elite since July of last year. It was working fine on synapse 3 until synapse had an update and wouldn't start for me, so I tried to uninstall and it wouldn't do it. I manually deleted the synapse folder and tried to reinstall and it was stuck on the green Razer loading screen for hours. How do I fix this? I want my dpi back to where it was :(

Have you tried running the installer with admin privileges? Also, do you have a Firewall or an Antimalware running in the background? If so, try disabling that temporarily. Don't hesitate to send me a PM should you need further assistance.

Thank you for the reply! Manually deleted all razer folders and made an exception in Windows Defender for the installer. I appreciate the advice!
