synapse 3not starting

Hy i have problem with sinapse starting, sounds like this: could not load file or assembly rsy3_audioappstreamswrapper.dll i try reinstal .net framework install microsoft visual studio but nothing helps. i try i think all options what i found on web, but it still not working. Razer central and razer cortex woks..
