Synapse 4.0.86 - Windows Lock Screen key spamming

Hi, I have latest firmware and Synapse software for my brand new Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-Profile HyperSpeed. I use it in wired mode. When I lock out my windows 11 from desktop using the windows + l key combo, the letter "l" (as in like) keeps spamming my windows login password field. I fix it by flicking the switch on the keyboard from wired to wireless, then back to wired. Or just not running Synapse app.

Anyone else have this issue?

I’m having the exact same problem on my new pc. What’s weird is on the old system this wasn’t the case (same keyboard, same version of synapse).

It’s fixed now with latest firmware March 3, 2026. Open Synapse and click the firmware update notification. Or go here  https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20292/

The issue is stated in the notes. And I’m happy to say, after I updated firmware, the issue is resolved :)

Thank you! I have the Ornata V3 and it seems that there isn’t a firmware update that fixes the problem yet. I’m looking forward that this will be addressed soon as other keyboards are already getting the updates :)
