What are you doing Razer?! I have a Huntsman, Kraken, Naga and Tartarus PROS.
I made the mistake of picking up a Tartarus Pro before reading the horror stories associated with it and now I’m plagued with bugs.
Synapse 4 sees the Tartarus but doesn’t execute the bindings. Uninstalled 4 and installed Synapse 3, same thing. Unplugged everything and ran your driver tool, plugged everything back in and downloaded the latest Synapse 4. Now the keyboard and tartarus does nothing. I had to uninstall Synapse and use a different mouse just to write this.
I have a one year old PC with an AMD 7900X .
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THIS FIXED AND TARTARUS BINDINGS TO WORK?! I’ve spent way too much money on your hardware for this to not have a fix in 2025. And I know there’s others in the world that have too
