Synapse 4 and chroma wont open

Hey guys, I'm trying to use both chroma and synapse 4 but neither are working. I can use everything else on my pc but those two are the only ones not working, both will only open up for a fraction of a second but they won't stay open. I've tried many different ways to fix the issue from repairs to deleting them but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any ideas?
